  • 2 cups ice cubes crushed ice preferred
  • a pinch sea salt for sprinkling

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

  1. Pour the milk into the blender, then add the chocolate chips.
  2. Blend on high for about 30-40 seconds until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse a few times to start breaking them down.
  4. Continue blending on high until the mixture is thick, slushy, and evenly blended, about 60 seconds. You'll notice the texture becomes creamy and icy.
  5. Pour the frozen slushie into glasses, stopping just at the rim.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each serving to enhance the chocolate flavor.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate chips. Adjust the amount of ice for a thicker or more liquid texture. Serve immediately for the best icy experience.
