- Pour the chocolate pudding mix into a bowl and whisk together with the milk until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator while you prepare the other components.
- Divide the chilled pudding evenly among your serving cups or small glasses, filling each about three-quarters full. Smooth the tops gently with a spatula for a neat finish.
- Top each pudding layer with a generous spoonful of crushed cookies to mimic a layer of dirt. Lightly press down so it adheres nicely and look like loose earth.
- Place small graham cracker or cookie gravestones into the cookie dirt layer, leaning them slightly for a spooky graveyard effect.
- Arrange gummy worms around the gravestones and along the edges of the cups, letting some peek out as if crawling through the dirt.
- If desired, add a few pieces of candy corn on top as additional decoration or to mimic tiny tombstones among the dirt.
- Cover the pudding cups loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld.
- Once chilled, unwrap the cups and serve immediately to enjoy the creepy mini scenes—perfect for Halloween celebrations.
Notes
You can customize the decorations with plastic skeletons, tiny ghosts, or additional edible details to enhance your mini haunted scene.
