  • 1 banana ripe banana for creaminess and sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • 1/2 cup milk or yogurt plain Greek yogurt, almond or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons jelly berry or grape, for swirl
  • optional toppings granola, chopped nuts, honey, or sliced fruit

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen berries, banana, peanut butter, and milk or yogurt into your high-speed blender.
