Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka preferably chilled
  • 1 ounce apple schnapps adds fruitiness
  • 1/2 ounce cherry liqueur for depth of flavor
  • 1 cup green apple juice preferably fresh or chilled
  • few drops luminescent edible glow dye edible glow dye to create glow effect, add last
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • ice cubes ice enough to fill shaker

Method
 

  1. Combine vodka, apple schnapps, cherry liqueur, green apple juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add plenty of ice cubes to the shaker to chill the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.
  4. Strain the mixture into chilled martini glasses, leaving the liquid smooth and clear with a slight green tint.
  5. Once poured, add a few drops of edible glow dye directly into each glass, watching the vibrant green glow emerge and shimmer in the dark.

Notes
